Panic Attacks

A panic attack can be frightening, but remember it doesn’t cause any harm to your body. The breathing Technique 4-4-8 in combination with CalmA® helps you take control and free your mind. Practice this technique, Ideally while lying comfortably in a flat surface or sitting in a chair with your feet pressing firmly against the ground. Use a small amount of CalmA® on your palms and gently massage them. Cover your mouth and nose allowing the essence to be inhaled as you breath.
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold your breath for 4 seconds
Exhale for 8 seconds
Repeat this technique 3 to 4 times, keeping your hands with CalmA® around your nose.
Fill your mind with positives thoughts.
Just breathe!
